Huh? Bet you thought this was a marriage site-what on earth have chickens got to do with anything? Just giving you a glimpse of my straight but detouring humour....... much like my driving!

So besides having a 'slightly' off-beat humour, I enjoy going to the theatre, ballet, cinema, galleries, whether with friends or by myself. But also enjoy just staying at home and relaxing with Family & Friends. I like to learn different things; taken flamenco classes & rock climbing but unfortunately me & co-ordination are the worst of enemies:(

I have 2 great passions-books and handbags; I don't travel anywhere without taking a book and will definitely come back with several (by books I mean proper books with a back, front & pages). And as for 'handbags'......how does one explain the beauty of a Turner or the Northern Lights or........ a 'handbag'? ;D

Joking aside, I am a confident person who loves & is serious about her Deen, (I do wear the hijab), but at the same time I enjoy the duniya and all that it offers. I have friends from all walks of life & religions and strongly believe that all relationships are based on RESPECT.
